I had high hopes for this place, but the rooms were positively outdated and, woudl ve been better insulated. So much noise! Encountering wild cats in the restaurant was not quite the exotic experience I expected. A simple room upgrade for my troubles would have made a world of difference. I almost thought of giving a good review but just couldn't.

Good quality hotel, lovely view, decent service, good room and bathroom. Hotel food was good for a buffet. Convenient for getting to beaches and into Chania, which is a lovely town.
Twin beds rather than double (with separate covers) - not a big deal but a bit inconvenient even when pushed together. Also, we were staying near end of season so some things were winding down (like restaurant opening times). But very good overall.

Fine Views and Friendly Service
The amazing views from our room were lovely, especially during sunsets. The buffet offered a fantastic variety, with delicious traditional options that kept our meals exciting, especially the Cretan themed nights. The pool area was lovely and was great. The nightly entertainment could use some improvement. More engaging activities would really enhance the overall experience.

Fine views and cozy atmosphere
The outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying our meals while taking in the fine sunsets. The food offerings were diverse and delicious, with something for everybody. The location made it a bit challenging to explore nearby areas without a vehicle.

The Scenery fron the hotel was wonderful. having breakfast, near the pool was lovely, the pool was great, the rooms comfortable, and the bus into the old town started at the hotel gate No 23.
Trying to walk up the very steep entrance way after a night of drinking the local whine

The panorama had an excellent location with fine views, especially at sunset. It's just a quick 20-minute bus ride to chania's center. We loved the breakfast selection at the outdoor restaurant, and the free wi-fi was a nice bonus for our family time.
